We provide Pre-Departure Orientation and Training (PDOT) programme so as to protect vulnerable migrant workers who are looking for better opportunities of work outside their countries. Our programme is carefully designed to enable the migrant worker to adapt to the political, historic, cultural, social and economic context of destination or host country in general and community in particular. Our programme caters for all categories of migrant workers, from illiterates to highly qualified professionals; those from the rural areas and the urban dwellers. We in addition, place a high value on diversity of race, language, gender and culture.
We pursue the highest quality in all our training intervention by ensuring that our materials are relevant and unit standard aligned; our facilitators are very experienced and experts in their field and that our approach to learning is both visionary and innovative.
Our pre-departure orientation and training programme is fully accredited and approved by the Government of Uganda through the Ministry of Gender, labour and Social Development.
